As Chief Restructuring Officer, Michael Baur is responsible for the development and implementation of all restructuring measures as well as Corporate Governance, Corporate Sustainability / ESG, Corporate Communication, Corporate Compliance, General Counsel, M&A, Audit and Shareholdings. 

His responsibilities include Corporate Controlling, Corporate Finance & Accounting, Corporate Insurance, Corporate Real Estate Management, Corporate Risk, Investor Relations, Business Services (Finance Services, HR Services, Corporate Purchasing and Services).

Dr Marlen Wienert is responsible vor the business units Energy and Agricultural Equipment as well as Corporate Marketing, Corporate EH&S, Human Resources and the BayWa Foundation.

At BayWa, Reinhard Wolf represents the sister group RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG, where he himself is Chairman of the Board of Management. He is responsible for the business units Agri Trade & Service as well as Building Materials.
